Been a regular here for years, and we normally call into the shop to order but as we are all unwell today, we decided to call the shop for delivery instead. I’m profoundly deaf so used a text to speech relay app to call them from. Was spoken to rudely by the woman on the phone and told that they were not a shop and hung up straightaway even after I said I wanted to make an order for delivery : this really upset me and it was a clear discrimination, definitely lost my custom now
