Baskin-robbins - Stockton

This Baskin Robbins has great ice cream, milk shakes and ice cream cakes. The kids that work there are very nice. The place is tidy and clean. Still no dining inside as of 11/12/21. Their chocolate ice cream is ????and I recommend it if your a chocolate lover! Milk shakes are thick and yummy. The size of a scoop is also fair and not chinsy. We enjoy this Baskin Robbins. This establishment is located at 7908 West Lane. Suite 217 in north Stockton.

I stopped by this location for a quick dessert and was pleased to find it wasn’t very busy. The service was prompt and friendly, and I appreciated being able to sample different ice cream flavors before making my choice. I ultimately went with the delicious Pumpkin Spice and my favorite, Strawberry Cheesecake. My partner opted for the dairy-free ice cream options. We got two waffle cones with two scoops each, all for under $10, which we thought was a fantastic deal. The ice cream was absolutely amazing and everything was just right. The cones were fresh and not stale at all. In the end, everyone was happy and satisfied with their ice cream choices, including the non-dairy selections!

Did you know they can create milkshakes using any of their ice cream flavors? We had another wonderful outing with the family!

I really enjoy the World Class Chocolate flavor, especially the Gold Medal Ribbon. I don't go to Baskin-Robbins often anymore since I want to avoid corn syrup solids. However, the service at the store is excellent.

I called to express my concerns and spoke with a manager named Chevy. He mentioned that he had to check with the owner for guidance on how to resolve the issue. Initially, Chevy offered me a replacement cake but said he needed to confirm it with the owner first. I asked him to call me back quickly, but he didn’t. I ended up calling him again, and we went back and forth about the situation amidst my daughter's birthday and graduation celebrations. Eventually, he offered to refund me half of the cake's cost and told me I could go ahead and eat it. We did eat the cake, but later he called back to inform me that the owner would only approve a 20% refund instead of the 50% Chevy had initially promised. I asked why the refund had changed, but he couldn’t provide an explanation and insisted the owner would only allow 20%. I expressed that, had I known that, I would have returned the entire cake without eating it. I suggested he talk to the owner again, but at that point, he hung up on me. I was extremely disappointed in Chevy’s handling of the situation—one minute he’s offering a solution, and the next he’s seeking permission from the owner and then abruptly ends the call. I tried reaching out the next day but haven’t heard back from him since. It’s disheartening to witness such a lack of leadership and customer service at this store. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. It’s clear that the cake decorators, manager, and owner all fell short.
