Raw Sushi Bistro - Stockton

The waitress mixed up nearly everything I ordered, except for my sushi roll. I had to send the wine back twice because they brought me white instead of red. I ordered Remy XO and received VSOP instead. I also asked for the tuna salad but ended up with the seared tuna appetizer. I used to really enjoy this place, but everything I had was lukewarm. Perhaps sitting at the sushi bar and ordering directly from the chefs could help avoid these issues and ensure the food doesn't sit out for too long.

The rolls here are incredibly delicious, and the servers are always friendly and attentive. There's even a talented female sushi chef! I really enjoy dining here for the rolls. Parking is also convenient.

The bartender was not up to par; I had two margaritas, but I couldn't taste the alcohol in them. However, the food was excellent!

Make sure you check your receipt. My credit card was given to another patron and his meal was charged to my card. It took 3 times before the server could give me my own credit card back and correct receipt. Will not eat there again.Service: 1/5

Staff were friendly but food was overcharged.The side of their entrees are great portion of rice and some lettuces, nothing else, kinda disappointing.
