Slim's Noodle - Stockton

I am impressed by this restaurant! The food was incredibly delicious. I appreciate the focused menu, as they clearly excel in what they do. The vegetables in my noodles were fresh and cooked to perfection. I am looking forward to trying more items on the menu! The owners were very kind as well. This restaurant will definitely be a regular spot for me!

After living in Southeast Asia, I can attest that the food at Slim's is authentic and delicious. Everything is made fresh with quality ingredients, and we enjoyed beef soup, spring rolls, and pan-fried noodles. The only thing that was missing were the small red stools we used to sit on in Vietnam. I can't wait to go back!

I absolutely adore this restaurant! It is bright, modern, and impeccably clean. The noodles and spring rolls were incredibly fresh, flavorful, and simply delicious. The service was fast and exceptional. It's definitely a favorite among locals!

Loved the ambient of this restaurant and their super fast, friendly service. The food was delicious as well. We had the fresh crispy rolls and pad thai noodle. You can ask for your required spicy level. They had two arcade machines too. I enjoyed playing pac-man while waiting for our friends.

So good! The spring rolls are probably my favorite thing on the menu. The pad tai is also really good. Everyone is always so nice in the restaurant.
