Subway - Stockton

This particular restaurant is a disgrace to the entire Subway franchise, and as a result, I will be spending my money at Togo's, Firehouse, or any other chain besides Subway. I placed an order for a sandwich through the Subway app, only to arrive and find that they had closed early and refused to fulfill my order. Despite their promise of processing a refund, no refund has appeared in my account after 16 work days.

I do not recommend dining at this restaurant. I ordered a footlong sub from them last night, and after eating it, I promptly vomited the entire sandwich. When I returned the next day, the lady with the untidy eyebrows was rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant. Despite having my receipt as proof of purchase, she refused to provide a refund or even an apology for the bad experience. She insisted that I should have returned the sandwich, even though the restaurant was closed when I realized I was sick. Please avoid eating at this establishment.

I went to the restaurant yesterday to pick up my order after work. I got a turkey sub, which was delicious until I discovered half of a cockroach in my sandwich. I called right away to report the incident and speak to the manager in order to receive a refund. The lady who answered the phone questioned if I was sure, and insisted that they do not have cockroaches, despite the evidence. The manager was not available and there was no resolution to the problem. I will never order food from this restaurant again.

Everything was great, we did have a bum come in at the time we were eating... That always puts the atmosphere off.

This is the best place to having lunch and dinner girls are amazing superb customer service
