Subway - Stockton

The staff at this restaurant, especially the young employees, are fantastic. They are friendly and it's wonderful to see them working hard.

The staff was by herself and she handled customers with a great attitude. ? my sandwich was great!

This restaurant is absolutely terrible. During one visit, I managed to sneak into the kitchen and discovered piles of dirty, unwashed dishes as well as a rat scurrying around. The manager was incredibly rude and once yelled at me for paying with a $20 bill for a sandwich, even though they were unable to accept it. He insisted that I give them whatever cash I had on me, regardless of the amount. It's unacceptable to treat workers in such a disrespectful manner. The manager is clearly to blame for these issues. I hope this restaurant shuts down for good and that the employees are able to find better job opportunities elsewhere.

The delivery person left my food on the ground without notifying me that it had been delivered. When I noticed it was there and went to retrieve it, I discovered that dogs were eating my food.

THE WORST Subway in Stockton. I held back my review. But we placed an online order a few weeks ago. It said our order would be ready in 7 min. We got there in 15ish minutes, and the employees were outside smoking. When I walked in, they didn't even have my order ready nor all of the veggies. Today, I looked online and it states this establishment closes at 10pm (thats on the door as well). I get there at 9 pm, and the doors are locked. I catch the eyes of an associate, and she puts her head down and walks away.
