New years day , booked table for 19.30 for 6 people ,plenty early enough I thought, thought it strange when waitress asked if we wanted our main meal with the starter, the plates weren't cleared away before the mains were served, then about 8.45 the waitress was hovering around making us feel uncomfortable, and the head waiter informed us at 9.00pm that the place was closing, not a very pleasant experience for New years day , won't be going back there in a hurry.

We all had different food . 1 from the carvery and two from the menu . My food was ok , not that warm but my chips looked like they had been precooked and dipped in again twice . The lasagne was hard and very dry The child’s carvery looked good apart from the Yorkshire pudding which was rock hard . Not the best of foods but not too expensive either . Staff were friendly. They forgot to ask I we needed any sauces so we just got our own . It was busy but why should O make excuses for them . They need a new chef we knows how to use a microwave and cook food . Not I won’t go again. I’ve deleted the photos by mistake sorry.
