Costa Coffee - Stoke-on-Trent

Went at 4pm and the costa in Longton was closed . You could only use the drive through

Strange but it wasn’t open in the middle of the day for food or drinks unless you went through drive through. We like to sit in .

Emma and Mae What a pair of staff! They were the most polite, jolly and all around most welcoming... they made the place feel to bright and inviting the atmosphere was nothing I've ever felt before in any Costa or anything within this field of industry before. Not only that, they sang happy birthday to me today... it wasn't needed but my god was it amazing they made me feel so involved by them being themselves they are some characters absolutely hysterical the both of them! Thank you to them what a set of employees... please acknowledge them and praise/reward them <3 Costa in NEXT, Longton

Quiet and good quality Definately make sure you are in the rewards program

The staff here are entirely oblivious to customers waiting, they are slow and miserable. Tables were dirty and cups needed to be collected. This was our first and last visit to this branch.
