Evergreen Chinese Takeaway

Firstly a two hour wait is NOT acceptable without any explanation.secondly the woman on the other end of the phone blatantly lied to my husband saying it was on its way when it still took a further half an hour to arrive and thirdly when the food finally arrived not only was the portion pathetic but what little sauce their was seemed watered down and finally their was not so much as an apology let alone a discount which a good Chinese would offer. Will not be wasting our time with this company again.

Superb food but delivery is rubbish ...every week it is at least 30 minutes late .....unfortunately it's time to get a Chinese who can deliver on time .....even rang earlier this week but still looks like eating late

Waited an hour and 50 minutes for the food, rang after an hour and half to be told it would take another 10 minutes, then again 15 minutes later to be told it was finally on the way. After having to wait so long I felt it was an insult to be expected to pay delivery costs. Rang up to be told they wouldn 't knock it off because I 'd give them the wrong address and it had to be sent out twice. If that 's the case then why was I not told that after the first phone call? And how did they miraculously find out the correct address? And why when I asked the delivery man for the receipt was the correct address on there after being told that if I looked I would find the original address crossed out and the correct one wrote on? lost out on a £25 order for the sake of £2 and also lost the equivalent of two £25 orders of food. Never ever order from here!!!!!

Very very disappointed! Ordered food FOR DELIVERY! a hour later recieve a phone call from these claiming that it's a collection order only, so we had asked them why does it say on our phone now that it's for delivery and also why has it asked for our address then.. they still argue the toss that it's collection but they can bring it too us for an additional charge, so we give in and agree to collect, (no apologies or nothing) Turn up my partner has left a note politely asking for her bbq sauce not to be covered all over her chips can she have a separate little pot instead as it was in with her meal deal, to be told this is an extra £2 or it goes all over her chips! I can't believe how ridiculous someone can begot! Got back home foods now freezing cold, bone dry and will never be going here again! If it wasn't for how we had been spoken too and obviously just trying get more money out of us we wouldn't of had to leave this review!
