Kfc - Stoke-on-Trent

I get delivery from this restaurant pretty regularly and despite the other reviews I never have any problems. Orders are always correct, and food always looks presentable rather than just being slapped in the box. Always really tasty, I think the restaurant has gone up in recent years to be honest. It used to be a nightmare, but over the past 12 months i've had only positive experiences.

Dont bother... Worst KFC I've ever visited, thought we would give it a try after just supposedly had a refurbishment but hasn't improved in the slightest, the staff or the availability of options... no sides available no burgers buns, no drinks other than 1.5 ltr bottle of pop. Then after waiting nearly 20 minutes for the food (no clue what fast food is these people) the chips were sloppy, no covers on the chicken and the wings were dry. Why is it so difficult to keep a stock of food in, never have this problem at macdonalds... Managment need sacking.

Just had a delivery at 6pm from sandyford as a treat because we had been too busy to cook. Absolutely appalling! Ordered 10 mini fillet bucket and order was delivered extremely quickly BUT chicken was dry and hard and very very salty. Almost completely inedible. Was obviously not freshly cooked and must have been kept warm for hours. Corn on the cob was soggy and watery again kept warm for hours. Disgusting. Will not use again

Took my girls in for a treat ended up with wrong order came out sorted that to starting eating and be asked to leave as he had to close the shop no explanation just asked everyone to leave. Then me and kids next day all been sick and bad stomachs won’t be going anywhere near that place again
