Loftus Fish - Stoke-on-Trent

Forget this place.. not used in a long time and wow has it gone to the dogs. Shows the times we are in and type of people taking over the town.. as you can see for yourselves , their responses to some people are at the standard of the food.. shame

Gone from one of the best fish and chip shops in the area to the worse. Never have chips ready. Donner meat shrivelled up and you need a hammer and chisel to get through the chicken and when you do it was drier than the Sahara . Prices have gone sky high as well. Don't bother wasting your money here.

We got home , there was a fish missing and this was the state of the pudding . All mush like it had been sat in water . It was disgusting . The chips were soggy and the fish batter has no crisp to it at all . Everything is just soggy . Donor meat is stale . Won’t be going there again! Lost good customers as we used to go here all the time

Best chippy around here! I've tried a lot of chip shops but this is hands down the best and it tastes great... Great prices and friendly staff! I go here often as its delicious! No complaints... Just good things to say! U must go here if u haven't before

Called by chance on a Tuesday Evening. Loftus used to be my main port of call when I lived in the area but havent been for many a while but I was passing this particular night and thought I would give it a try. To be honest getting decent fish and chips in Hanley is really tough but I have to say the two battered Cod that my Wife and I had were as good as I have ever had.....I really couldn't fault it.....excellent and well worth a visit from anyone . Not the cheapest but quality rarely is....I simply couldn't fault it .Thank you !
