Mcdonald's - Stoke-on-Trent

Yesterday morning me and my friend came here for breakfast i had an egg and cheese mcmuffin the egg tasted way overcooked and the cheese was like plastic. Then my friend ordered a muffin with jam and only got the muffin basically just bread and had to ask for the jam. she also had a bacon roll with ketchup, the bacon tasted dry and it didn't even state that it was smoky bacon. we are really not happy about it especially how the day before we ordered 4 meals and not one of them came with fries.

Absolutely disgusting, we went through the drive-through and ordered our meals very quickly. There weren't many cars at all. But as usual, we're asked to park up. We were parked up for 22 minutes when our food actually came out. This was after watching numerous Uber deliveries, and other ones turned up and got the food straight away. Within 2 minutes. While we had to wait 22 minutes. Absolutely shocking that they prioritise these deliveries. Also, they just dump their cars anywhere and also in the disabled spaces. They need to sort thereselves out, terrible service.

Drive through customers made to wait because they are too busy with just eat orders. Staff miserable and snappy. Wouldn’t go back here again. Cold food served and had to wait. Shockingly bad service 0/10

Very mixed experiences here, I usually order via mcdelivery, which is usually been average with food arriving warmish. Last time I order though it was a very long wait, was freezing cold and half a meal was missing completely. It's a roll of a dice.
