Mcdonald's Restaurants - Stoke-on-Trent

Never get correct food that you order or missing items regularly. When you query it they are quite rude and make you feel like your lying. Other times we have had food delivered by just eat and only usually get half of the food ordered always missing items and as its delivered impossible to get refund

If you’re thinking of ordering from this McDonald’s don’t bother, you will be disappointed. Two weeks in a row my order has had items missing- on the receipt but not in the bag. I have no idea if this is down to incompetence or corruption but I’ve been ripped off. Don’t make the same mistake- order elsewhere.

Ordered for family of 5. Place was practically empty however we could not sit in as literally every table was covered in rubbish and half eaten food. Every single table bar none despite there only being 2 other people in the place.They then messed up our order so we got some of the meal 20 minutes after the rest. Spoke to manager however she and the rest of the staff clearly couldn 't care less. It wasn 't their usual restaurant . As a family we very rarely complain but this place was so filthy that we will need to take this further. Honestly cannot believe how dirty and messy it was. An absolute disgrace.

A worker called jake who I can only describe as rude and unpleasant swore at me and my friend and kicked us out before closing due to him “being tired” We then returned in the day a few days later and he refused to let us sit upstairs because it was “closed” and then proceeded to let other people upstairs who had no food in there hands. Jake could clearly see me and my friend both had trays in our hands with food on causing us to stand around and let our food go cold. When we asked for the food to be replaced he refused to serve us and told us we were “horrible people with disgusting attitudes” This was right in front of other people and made us feel so embarrassed standing there with 2 trays whisky people were allowed upstairs. We will not be returning and will be making a formal complaint to head office!

Absolutely disgusting service from this restaurant, ordered a delivery and it had 3 items missing when it was delivered, completely ruined our lunchtime treatment, never again!!
