Good food wish they'd put a little more cheese on the omelet but still good

The staff were friendly but the wait was long and they forgot to bring out my order haha not too big of a deal in the grand scheme of things but it was a bit rough watching everyone at my table eat while I had nothing but a cup of coffee otherwise the food is good but it’s the kind you could get at pretty much any diner.

We were looking for a little gem in Kinston and we found it! Friendly greetings as we walked through the door and our server (Robin) was top notch and friendly! The food was really good and as other reviews have indicated if you want something that isn’t on the menu and they have it they seem happy to oblige! The owner (Steve) stopped by and told us his story! So cool! You just feel right at home and it’s obvious that Steve and his family are good to their staff because it shows in the positive atmosphere as you dine there! We had a great experience! This is one of those spots if you're anywhere close you must stop and have breakfast or lunch!! Christina is the best! We stopped in to eat and became family! The food is amazing and the history in all the pictures on the wall makes you feel good! 10 stars for sure! We will be back Christina!
