My wife and I had our wedding cake made here and it was delicious, massive, and incredibly affordable. I can’t recommend The Painted Pie any more!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND for your event or special occasion. The Painted Pie created the cakes for my daughter 's wedding in Stone Harbor in October, 2022. We decided to have a regular sized cake for the bride and groom and side cakes to be sliced by the caterer for our guests. First of all.... this baker is an artist. His cakes are on another level. The bride and groom wanted the carrot cake, which is a nut-free, raisin-free creation with an orange cream cheese icing. Beyond delicious. The carrot and pineapple in the cake are macerated, so the cake has a sophisticated crumb to it; not the typical chunky carrot cake. The side cakes were chocolate with vanilla butter icing. Perhaps the best chocolate cake I 've ever had. An intense chocolate flavor without being overly sweet. We were very impressed with the The Painted Pie!

If you like carrot cake, this is the place to go. We get one every July for my person's birthday and it never disappoints. Layers of cinnamon flavored carrot cake with a sweet (not too sweet), light (not too light), buttercream icing. I wish I had a picture because it is truly beautiful. Not a traditional bakery, but it doesn't matter. Support local businesses.

My cake came out amazing and it tasted even better! I will definitely be ordering cakes from here in the future!

We called Painted Pie a few days before a 60 person party and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. Guided us on the right amount of food to order and dropped it off right on time. The food was excellent, can’t go wrong if you are looking to feed a large party!
