Feedback gevenI ordered $40 worth of pizza but never received my order. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times over three days to get a refund, but they never answered the phone. I also reached out to the company via phone and email, but they told me that the franchise owners would not contact me. Two days later, still no resolution. The restaurant always delivers late, if at all, with cold pizza, and then keeps the money without completing the delivery. Do not order from this restaurant. They know they failed to deliver my order and don't seem to care. Some drivers even stole my tip and ate my pizza. They don't even bother answering their phones to try to make things right.
I ordered pizza for delivery in the afternoon. It was delivered by a very professional, well-maintained, and friendly coworker named Danyale. She was super pleasant and the hand-off was smooth. I ordered the Pacific Veggie with added chicken and switched out the sauce for garlic parm. OMG....mouthgasm! Whoever prepared this pizza did an amazing job, and they deserve kudos. I will definitely order from here again and appreciate the time and effort put into preparing this amazing pizza. It made my day.
Obviously I'm not the only one who was shot for a prepaid order that was never received. I received the text that he left the load and that he was delivered. I have a ring doorbell and I have kids who never got their pizza. I'll call the collaboration to cry that you don't get away with this one! please do not order them from this place or from domino’s at all this is ridiculous!
I also placed a prepaid delivery order with tip included. However, when I tried to confirm the delivery, no one answered the phone. After the automated message stated that my order had been delivered, there was complete silence on the line. I waited on hold for more than 5 minutes several times, but was unable to speak to anyone. According to Google, the restaurant is supposed to be open until midnight, but my order was marked as delivered around 10:30. I have been trying to resolve this issue for an hour now. I wish they had either canceled or rejected my order. How can I receive a full refund for this frustrating experience? If necessary, I will report this to my bank as potential fraud.
The worst store possible. Do not pay in advance, period. They have blatantly stolen prepaid food 3 times. Unfortunately they are the only store that delivers to my address. Completely unprofessional, do not bother to call or text, they do not answer calls and need to be shut down and replaced. This time it was the manager that did the delivery and my family yet again is going without the food we ordered. This stores service is entirely unacceptable and I will be filing complaints with the better business bureau, dominos corporate, and the georgia secretary of state.
