Feedback gevenAs a regular customer, I have always enjoyed the pizza here. However, my recent experience was disappointing. The crust was hard and didn’t taste fresh at all. I’m really let down!
Today, I returned to request a refund with my receipt, but I was told that I wouldn’t receive a refund or a replacement. I see now that they have signs indicating that refunds are not allowed, but it's disappointing that they would lose a loyal customer over something that could have easily been resolved. For items that cost just a little over seven dollars, it's hard to believe they’d risk losing a lifetime customer for that amount. I believe this reflects poor customer service, regardless of the refund policy. It's not my fault that I received old wings, and I think the rules should be flexible depending on the situation. When I spoke to the manager, she started with an insincere apology and then walked away. The assistant manager said there was nothing they could do. This whole experience has made me frustrated and disappointed in their customer service.
I ordered a deep dish pizza, but instead received a thin crust. I'm really not satisfied with my experience and will be reaching out to corporate.
Service fast for dinner audience....grandbaby enjoy its cheese pizza!!
The wings were SOOOOoo good i was wiping the bottom of the box with my finger to get ALL the sauce They were falling off the bone juicy. Cooked perfect. Pizza was great too. It's not in OUR neighborhood and it's actually out of the way but we WILL be going back. Sorry, no picture cuz it was gone just that fast!
