Feedback gevenIt took nearly an hour and a half to confirm that we hadn't received our order. When I requested a refund, it also took almost 10 minutes for someone to process that.
I had a good experience at the restaurant. However, the male staff member seemed a bit indifferent, and I didn't want to offend anyone by assuming anything about his pronouns. The manager wasn't rude, but there was a sense of frustration when I didn't tip, which affected the overall atmosphere.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service is awful! They didn't accept my app, so I couldn't get my free rewards. The teas are always overly sweet, and the cakes are rarely fresh when they have them. The oil needs to be changed, and the staff are rude, disrespectful, untrained, and unprofessional. Please improve this for the sake of other customers, because I won’t be returning!
Each time the second window always has a setting. the type with tattoos and peircings does not speak and when I spoke, he simply nods his head and goes away. I get this as McDonald's job, but where are your men?
Great place to get McDonald's from. Staff always asked for the reward codes and patiently wait for you if you said to hod on while trying to obtain the code. Would highly recommended. I always spent at least $60 $80 here to buy breakfast. Big family
