Feedback gevenI placed an order with this Papa John's, but it wasn't even from the location I originally ordered from. When we called to check on our order, the employee misleadingly claimed that the pizza had just come out of the oven and was on its way. It ended up taking two and a half hours for the pizza to arrive, and when we complained, the manager was extremely disrespectful. She spoke over us and wouldn’t let us finish our sentences. I strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant. The manager, Mina, was rude and dismissive, showing no concern for customer satisfaction. She never offered an apology and instead made it seem like we were to blame for the inconvenience.
The quality of the food can vary significantly. At times, the pizza crust doesn't have a consistent fluffy texture across the entire pie, and the cheese can be overly browned on occasion. Overall, this restaurant struggles with maintaining consistent food quality.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the service. I placed my order and ended up waiting for two hours. After the long wait, I decided to call and check on my order. The man who answered was rude and interrupted me while I spoke. He claimed they had called, but I never received any calls. It turned out they had contacted the wrong person and then just gave up. I ended up paying $35 to wait an unnecessary two hours.
Ordered online. Charged for the pizza but it was never delivered. They won?t even answer the phone for their own customer service rep calling this store. Terrible service and very unprofessional.
My pizza sticks were burnt and some of my order was missing. Absolutely no customer service and I wish I never ordered from there. I tried 6 times to get a new order and was told they aren't available bc they are too busy to take my call. DONT GOHERE!!!!
