Subway - Stone Mountain

Let me interduce you to the new BREAD sub offered by this location only! This location has to have perfect food cost because they surely don't give you what you pay for! An not only do they cheat you on your food order the beg you to tip them!

I wanted some subway but something told me to check the reviews and I?m glad I did

It seems the bread is smaller now, which means you can't add as many meatballs or as much meat as before. It's disappointing to see you skimping on portions, and it feels like you're shortchanging your customers. If you don't make a change, you might find yourself with no customers and no reviews to show for it. I'm really frustrated by this decision. I've seen it happen too often: restaurants reduce their portions and ultimately fade away.

Terrible experience. I visited on October 21st around 5:00 PM, and the service was awful. The staff member threw my food together, which really upset me. I had a coupon for buy one get one free, but I didn't notice that she charged me for both sandwiches. Overall, the service is lacking, and the employees need to improve their customer service skills. I'm not sure I want to spend my money there again; I'm very disappointed.

I’ve visited this location a few times, and it’s situated inside a Walmart. I really dislike shopping at that Walmart because it’s one of the worst in the area, but that’s not the main issue. Unfortunately, this Subway location is just as disappointing! The employees have terrible attitudes and clearly don’t know how to make customers feel valued and encourage them to return. We all know that Subway is known for being light on meat, but these staff members have the audacity to make sandwiches that are nearly meatless! To make matters worse, they pile on excessive amounts of mayo and lettuce! I nearly lost my patience with a woman there sporting orange hair, but I managed to keep my cool and left. I won't be returning, and honestly, I’ve decided to avoid any Subway restaurant from now on. I much prefer Jersey Mike's, which is far superior to Subway.
