Feedback gevenSo, bear with me as I have never posted a review like this before. My daughter 's and I decided to order from 101 Wings on Memorial Dr after we learned a different restaurant was closed. I ordered the Honey Barbecue Boneless Wings. After eating. Y fries, I took a bite of the Wings. I couldn 't believe what I saw, so I had both of them confirm that the chicken was in deed PINK in the middle. Now, idk about anyone else, but there was no way I was going to eat anymore because, well, I had no desire to get salmonella poisoning. Seeing that it was 9:36 pm, I knew the restaurant was closed, but there would still be someone there, as we only live 5 minutes away. A woman answered, I said, I know you all are closed, but we just left the store, and after taking a bite of the chicken, it 's pink in the middle. So I 'm going to take pictures and I 'll come up there tomorrow to get my money back. She interrupted me and said no, she would fix me another plate. I told her that I could not eat anything from there at this point. She started yelling and said I could NOT get a refund!! I informed her that I would have to file a complaint with the Department of Health. She said, Call them!! and she hung up!! My daughter called her and I 'm not sure what was said, the result was, she agreed to give me the refund. When I arrived at the restaurant, she asked me to show her the food. She then says that she can 't give me the refund because I ate the fries. I again insisted on the refund because of the chicken! I showed her the chicken, and she told me, All you had to do was eat around it! At this point, I 'm done. I told her I wasn 't leaving without my refund. She slammed down $10, and I asked to see my receipt. It showed $10.79. In my frustration and anger. I didn 't read the receipt. She ultimately gave me $11, I learned that she withheld the ACTUAL amount, which was $13.29!I worked as a customer service manager for 8 years, and I would NEVER treat a customer this was!! I attempted to resolve this issue with the utmost respect only to be treated like trash! Order at your own risk!
What happened to, The customer 's always right ? I 've ordered and enjoyed vegetable fried rice here several times in the last month. Today, there was an odd smell coming from the food container. Initially, while still in the restaurant I attributed the aroma to a combination of food smells inside. As soon as I sat in my car with the food, however, I realized the odor is definitely coming from the food. The clerk who 'd waited on me insisted the food is fine, even stuck her nose close to the food and announced it was fine, that I should taste it.I don 't know about others, but I do not eat food that smells inappropriate. This place has lost a good customer. If they can 't consider my concerns just once, they don 't deserve my business and my money.
The food was okay. They were busy and fast delivering my order, but the order was incomplete. I'm sure we all have had this happen at least once... you get home and several parts of your order is missing. I must remember to always check before heading out of the establishment.Food: 3/5
