Chipotle Mexican Grill

Inside is very dirty. Kitchen is very messy. Does not look clean at all. Food was cold, barely had enough steak to put in my bowl also was not hot it was cold employees just look very dirty as well. Not decent looking at all. Will never go to this location again. So disappointed. Please do better!

I absolutely hate this location, I will drive an extra 20 mins on my brake to go to the bandera location. This place is always dirty, the food is always served cold. The lettuce is not fresh. I ordered something so basic and not even that could they get right. I got a quesadilla with chicken Al pastor and veggies with burnt pan pieces I threw my whole meal away bc it tasted disgusting. It’s not like I can pick off the burnt pieces bc there were too many. Drive the extra mile and go to a nicer, cleaner location where you will get fresh food.

Ordered food from here and received the wrong food. My name is not Carlos nor does it look like Carlos, when I called to talk to someone about it they just replied saying there was nothing they could do and that they weren’t able to see my order . The manager on duty was a young girl and she was very rude. When I asked what her name was she was very rude and replied that she was not able to tell me. So I called hr and they said they would deal with her. Hopefully they train her right. Very disappointed in this place.
