Einstein Bros. Bagels

Every single employee was either on Xanax or Percocet because they where messing up everyone’s order…. And I mean everyone’s…how do u mess up a bagel with cream cheese only?

First and last visit. The food was nice but wow, a lot of bad communication and def somebody’s greedy. The staff seemed to be insufficiently trained and didn’t care. A lot of money for a ‘snack’. Not going back. Edit: hiring high school and young folks has a limit on visible professionalism. Not giving a receipt even when asked left me not certain of the accuracy of my purchase. Bagels on display weren’t price marked. Charging for one glass at a time for iced tea which everywhere else gives at least one refill shows a lack of awareness. Not adequately training staff is lazy. All these elements show a level of greed I’m not in a hurry to do business with. No thanks, don’t need another visit to change my mind.
