Lady preparing our food was not very happy. Was not friendly and this is not the first time. Food quality was poor was not able to get a refill on our drinks she disassemble the machine. We did not know they was closing at three o'clock we ordered 15 minutes till. This explains why she bagging our sandwiches for a order to go when my wife told her that we was dinning in she rolled her eyes. My wife and have coming here for past two years. Normally it was good but in last 6 weeks something changed. Previous time she told us that she was out of bread.

First off, I would come here strictly for the service. We've been talking about the lack of customer service anymore but the workers here hopefully get paid their worth because they were beyond wonderful! Then the bread was wonderful, I loved that the meat was sliced right in front of me at the perfect thickness and when I told the employee I was new, she immediately recommended hot and cold subs. We tried both her recommendations and they were the best I've had here in San Antonio. I'd give this place more stars if I could. My children (super picky eaters) even ate their salami sandwiches completely.

I asked for two sandwiches and the man (with a fro and his hair out) that made my sandwiches was extremely angry. He cut the bread and it was flying everything no lie. He cut the meat and chunks were flying. He gave me 3 handfuls of lettuce and slammed the vinegar on the sandwich. Spoke to me rude and I left. Didn't even buy the sandwiches. Never again.

Can't go wrong with their Regular 43. Chipotle cheese steak. Add jalapenos!

The food is okay, needs more balance. Too many veggies.
