Smokin' Gibbs Barbecue

We stopped in for dinner on our way to the ATT Center. We were visiting from Michigan and were looking forward to some good BBQ. We should have know something was up when there were only a couple of cars in the parking lot, which were all staff. We were the only ones eating at Grady’s when we were there. The staff was very friendly and took good care of us. We ordered brisket and chicken. The food came out quick. Nothing special with anything we ordered. We have been spoiled by some great BBQ in Texas so we were disappointed.

Oh my! I don't truly know what i was expecting, but this food is fantastic. The meat is juicy and flavorful, the sides are great quality, and I just could say more nice things about this food. Must try!

I wish I had taken a picture of our brisket but it got eaten up so fast! We purchased brisket for a party and everyone raved about how delicious the brisket was. Juicy and flavorful, what more can you ask for!
