Capitani's Wood Fired Pizzeria

Have enjoyed several pizzas from this place...love their creativity. Only complaint that on occasions, the wood fired oven leaves too much grit on the base of the pizza.

Great pizza fresh ingredients dough one a kind experience was great stuff very welcoming in house special very well priced 4 those who haven't yet tryed must check it out thanx again ????????

We have been getting take-away from here for 2 years, ever since we moved to the area. We always get the same things, and it's generally been awesome. The pizza especially has been great. However, we got our usual takeaway last night and it was very different - and fairly horrible. The pizza was hastily and poorly made (folded over on itself in box) and tasted very different from usual (not in a good way). The pasta was OK, but again tasted very different and not up to it's usual great taste. We were very disappointed. Our order was also incorrect in several respects - despite those requests being repeated multiple times on the phone (e.g., anchovies with one of the pastas, salad dressing on side). The difference was so stark that I actually rang the restaurant today to see if it had recently changed hands - but apparently not. Not sure what's going on, but we'll now have to find another Italian take-away place.

Friendly service, authentic Italian wood oven pizzas. Perfect for families with young kids. Would definitely recommend eating here if in the Stonyfell area.

Awesome pizza, great quality and flavour. Eat in or take-away. Great park immediately adjacent, so Capitani's is a good place to buy a terrific pizza and then wander across the road to eat on the parkland.
