Osmow's Shawarma - Stouffville

Placed an order on uber eats and specifically asked for utensils since I am at a work place. They still didn’t even add napkins. I called them to complain and they had no solutions. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Adding utensils is basic courtesy regardless, but what makes it worse is that IT WAS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED.

Chicken or Rice have very burn smell. I worked close by and always come… but this time. FAILED!

I ordered shawarma poutine and I saw the oil how bad was it , I cancel my order , they make millions dollar’s how could you cook the fries in this oil, I won’t blame the works they just do what the owner says, I will blame the owner, would you eat your fries frying in this oil ???

I went to osmows in Stouffville food was great I had the chicken half and half chicken was juicy there was a perfect amount of fries to rice ratio and the garlic amazing, I had the wonder of having Suraj, the wonderful worker who made my food and made the whole experience delightful.
