Sunshine Restaurant - Straffordville

This was our first time in this restaurant and we will definitely be back. it is very beautiful, picturesque restaurant beautiful decorated with great food. we had breakfast, which was very good and a lot of food for the price. many choices in the selection...breakfast included as they have their speck (herb or chewing gum) four choices of brotes including rosin brot. the owner was very friendly and made them feel very welcome. I ignore the one negative note to this restaurant, as our whole food was very fresh and the coffee was very good. not sure how it would taste like creamer as they add their own sugar and/or creamer themselves. in any case a place to try if they have never been before.

We visited this restaurant because there is not everywhere to get breakfast in port burwell. we were extremely disappointed, the price for two eggs with sausage, toast, domestic and coffee was extremely over price for the part and the quality of the food. this restaurant buys...the lowest end possible eating from there dealer. the sausages were so salty that I could not eat them, the eggs were clearly not fresh and probably liquefied in a bag of a distributor. I would say the same about the toast very low quality without taste at all. the housekeepers were okay, but you're just like 10 of them. the coffee was like drinking cream, I couldn't taste a coffee at all. the personal was friendly, but eating and the drink needs a great improvement. we would not return.

I have not written any review about this restaurant since Feb/17, but we are still here. if they find a place they love and that is so courteous, they just have to come back. eating is great, cheap and they can't beat. the service. reservations are not required, but if they have a long trip, it is recommended because it is so busy. Many thanks to rainey and rick for providing a place we can all feel like a part of their family. ... don't forget that they make catering!

This restaurant is spotless. The food is like a delicious homemade meal, served hot and the service is outstanding! The atmosphere is warm and inviting.

Even though we reside nearby, we had never visited this restaurant until recently. We have dined there twice in the past two weeks because it is fantastic. The food is delicious, the service is top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be recommending this place to everyone we know.
