The Kneaded Knook Bakery/Cafe

My boyfriend and I went to The Kneaded Knook for breakfast this morning for the first time and we absolutely loved it! The food was fresh and delicious, all made from scratch. If you're looking for quality, I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for a great breakfast!

The best bakery! The food is amazing. Very unique little place!!

While teaching in Springfield, I decided to stop by a quaint bakery on my way home. Although I arrived late and most of the fresh bread was sold out, I managed to snag the last loaf of jalapeno bread. It was absolutely delicious! I also tried a 'tortiere' which was beautifully flavored. I regret not buying more pies for later, especially since the tortiere was not overwhelmed with onions and spices, allowing the taste of the meat to shine through. It was seasoned perfectly, and just thinking about it makes my mouth water! The pies were free of fake gravy, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything felt homemade and authentic. To top it off, I indulged in a slice of lemon meringue pie, which was the perfect ending to my meal. I may have to make a special trip back to Springfield just to stock up on more treats from this bakery!

Everything that I have purchased here has been marvelous. The perogie pizza was delicious, the soups are amazing, my son loves the cinnamon rolls and the brownies wow. Always a friendly smile when you walk in the door as well. Fantastic place to visit with only only one small problem, I live next door. You will see us a lot. Thank you.

The roasted red pepper tomato soup was amazing and the bacon butter tarts oh boy they do not get any better!!
