At the turn of a stay in Strasbourg, my sister and I came on any occasion to discover this restaurant. What a nice surprise! The products were fresh, the associations of flavors and the balances found by the chef were frank, fair and sensitive. The experience was unique. On July 14, it is not obvious to find a good table and yet... A pleasant and warm welcome and guessing the smiles behind the masks makes the welcome only pleasant. It follows an interest and friendliness that has become almost rare. Delicious and original mouths open appetite. The map holds on a page, and it's for us the quality. From the first bite, our taste buds confirmed it. A finesse and richness of flavors for our dishes and desserts. We didn't take an entry, but probably the quality was at the rendezvous. This will remain a beautiful table that we will find with pleasure during a next stay.
