House Of Pho - Stratford

Took my cousin who has never had Vietnamese food here. He loved it. The ambience, service and food was amazing. Tasted better than it looked. We had two Cocktails both were refreshing.

Came from out of town to have some Pho, the place around 7-8pm was entirely empty and service on the slower side. Pho itself was good just a huge portion, could be split between two people for future reference! Not bad, seemed to be more of a place to order take-away from, their take out orders were doing well. Boba was mostly ice, would skip that next time.

I usually love their food. Today, is amiss. The noodles for Pho are hard. Ordered beef broth. They gave both Pho Ga broth. Go in person, the food is way better. Service is too. Had to remind them of the tea.

I am so glad I found this spot. The customer service they provided was beyond wonderful. When my order was never delivered through Uber eats and Uber eats refused to help solve the issue, the staff was beyond helpful. He personally reach out to Uber eats himself and explain the whole situation. Not only did they have customer service reach out to me personally to solve this issue, I was able to get a refund. I immediately re-order the food and they had it delivered so quickly and promptly. The food was fantastic. I cannot recommend this place enough. Will 100% order here again.

My husband and I decided to give this restaurant a try after stumbling upon a video on Instagram showcasing its dishes. The footage had us brimming with excitement, and we couldn 't wait to experience it ourselves. However, our anticipation quickly turned to dismay upon seeing that our actual meals bore no resemblance to the mouthwatering visuals. The chicken katsu, for instance, was disappointingly thick—a bulky chunk of chicken that lacked the thinness it is known for. The rice accompanying it was both cold and hard. Then the bang bang shrimp, was excessively battered and oily with disappointingly small shrimps. Regrettably, our dining experience was further ruined by the lack of service from our waitress, who seemed disinterested. She failed to check on us throughout the meal and even forgot to bring our drinks. While we understand that oversights can happen, her nonchalant response, accompanied by a casual giggle and a dismissive my bad, only served to demonstrate her lack of concern.
