Stratford Diner

I went out for dinner with my sister on October 6, 2023. This wasn't my first choice of restaurant, but it was the closest diner. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. We ordered chicken cutlets parmigiana with linguine, and everything was disappointing. The chicken was tough, the cheese was cold, the sauce tasted stale, and the linguine was unappetizing; there was no flavor in our meals at all. Even the waiter noticed we hadn’t finished and commented to both of us about it. I didn’t want to make a fuss, but my sister ended up feeling sick with stomach pains when we got home. I wish we had just gone to a fast food place instead. Lesson learned: this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience here, but it will definitely be the last.

I ordered a strawberry cheesecake for my birthday this past weekend, and I have to say, it was the best, creamiest, and most delicious cheesecake I’ve ever had. I typically order one from here every year, and it’s always good, but this time your baker really excelled! I just wanted to express how happy I was with your product and thank you for such a wonderful cake! I’ll definitely be reaching out again soon for another one for my upcoming Easter dinner dessert!

Terrible experience. I was at the restaurant with my friend, and she found a piece of plastic in her sandwich. She could have choked on it if she hadn't noticed. When the manager came over, he was loud, rude, and completely out of line. He essentially accused her of putting the plastic in her sandwich herself. He sarcastically asked if it came from the sky, insisting there was no plastic in their kitchen. We were just trying to bring this to his attention for safety reasons, as it could have been a choking hazard for her and other customers. The manager clearly didn't care about his patrons and was just obnoxious. We will definitely not be returning.

My waitress name was Amanda with a big smile and grated personality with One of the most Amazing service. They check your temp when you walk in. They make sure all tables are thoroughly wiped down. One of the cleanest and most delicious places I have been since coved-19 started.
