Subway - Stratford

My food was Disgusting service was horrible and I was not happy at all I will never go back there again

This restaurant has okay workers..(Some of them), but they go against subway headquarters often. They do not give you the correct amount of meat on sandwiches, they also do not use Deli Paper under each sandwiches or wash their Knifes after each use. I recommend asking for the “True Amount” of meat for each sandwich, and see if workers make you pay extra.

Customer service is horrible. Don’t recommend this location to anyone.

It's a shame that a food restaurant won't let their patrons use the bathrooms, I wanted to buy my lunch today wanted to go to the bathroom do my business and wash my hands and enjoy my lunch!! They claim it's because COVID, It's been two years!! Get with it!!

It seems that there are new owners here. The previous owner, who was there every day, was fantastic. The new staff appears to be good so far. However, I learned that she wasn’t a new owner; she was away taking care of a family member. I'm so glad to see her back—she’s truly awesome. The staff is really great as well, but you can tell she takes a lot of pride in this place.
