The Abbey Tap - Stratford-on-Avon

I love this place! The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the karaoke is awesome! I have been coming here for years and hope to continue coming for many more.

Oh my god. What a shame. Nice pub. Nice location. But the service was so awful that I thought I was on Candid Camera. The two staff members that were there were offensively rude, unhelpful and ruined our time there. I really don't understand how they could feel so confident in being so wildly inappropriate and rude.

A great place to have drinks and socialise. Staff here are very lovely and would definitely recommend. Amazing ambience atmosphere!

I had a terrible experience last night at the restaurant. I ordered a burger that was marked as vegetarian (V), but it came with a beef patty instead. The manager (Ne*l) told me it was my fault for not specifying that I wanted a veggie patty, even though the menu labeled the burger as vegetarian. I was also surprised to see that there was no vegetarian patty option, only vegan. The lack of clarification on patty choices was frustrating. Despite this mishap, I tried to order something else for my girlfriend, but the kitchen had closed early at 8:50, with the menus still on the table. I didn't even finish my drink before leaving. It's disappointing as I had enjoyed dining here before, but after last night's experience, I won't be returning.

My friend and I came for a bottomless brunch and Gregg ensured that we had an amazing time. We enjoyed unlimited drinks and tasty food, with Gregg taking great care of us throughout our visit. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!
