Feedback gevenPretty ridiculous that you do not take reservations. A group of 12 does not want to wait for you to attempt to sit everyone or wait for other tables to become available. Hence the requirement for the reservation. Montana's got the $480.
Went to Boston Pizza for my girlfriends 40 birthday. My kids mentioned to the waitress how it is their mom’s birthday and they are excited to have cake when we get home. The waitress tells us that she didn’t forget it”s her birthday and that she has a brownie sundae coming for her complimentary because it’s her birthday. It seemed like a very nice gesture. We would not have gotten any desert seeing as we had cake at home. When I received the bill I was charged for the brownie sundae. We definitely won’t be going back there again. This was a very special occasion and the first time we haven’t eaten in since Covid.
I recently visited Boston Pizza for the first time and was quite excited about the experience. The restaurant itself was visually impressive, but unfortunately, our server's attitude left much to be desired. I felt that she was discriminatory towards us. For instance, when we ordered two pizzas, she carelessly dumped our remaining pizza onto an empty plate without saying a word. Additionally, there were four of us sharing just one drink, and when she brought it over, she informed us that it was only for one person despite it being refillable. I found that completely unreasonable. This kind of service is unacceptable. A good server should treat all customers with respect, regardless of who they are.
This is a fantastic spot to grab a bite to eat and relax. The food was delicious, and everything was served hot, making it a pleasure to enjoy. Our server was also very friendly and attentive. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the nachos we ordered arrived a bit cold. Other than that, it was an excellent dining experience!
The food was excellent, but the service was disappointing. My brother ordered a steak and requested steak sauce. The waitress told him "in a minute" three times, and it only arrived after he had finished his steak. When she finally brought it, there was just one bottle to share. We also never received our toast. We encountered three different servers, which made it confusing since none of them seemed to know what the others were doing. Additionally, charging three dollars for cheese on garlic toast felt unreasonable. We visited on Friday, September 9, at 5 PM.
