Tim Hortons - Stratford

I believe they are now offering baby wraps at the regular price. A new milestone for Tim Hortons?

The location has a negative reputation in the area, largely due to the staff not speaking English well and lacking motivation. I noticed employees chatting among themselves while customers were left waiting. When I called to request a refund, I was offered to have my order remade instead. Overall, I won’t be returning to Tim Hortons again.

I enjoy the quality of the food here. The service is decent, but it tends to be a bit slow.

Smoky Bacon Bagel had no tomatoes or lettuce on it as the picture showed and the bacon was scarce and hard to find. Very dry.

I ordered in the drive thru, the girl working told me to go forward but did not tell me where to wait for my food. She didn’t say please or thank you. I waited over 10 minutes for my food. An employee came to ask why I was there and when I explained myself he rolled his eyes at me and left without responding. Absolutely horrible service.
