Feedback gevenI used the drive-thru window for today's order.I ordered a Whopper meal with a diet coke.There was some mumbling over the intercom, and, when I asked it to be repeated, mumbled again.I said, I want the basic meal #1 package, with Diet Coke.Should have been $11.34 plus tax, total $12.70.When I approached the window, the amount was $14.37. What?Apparently, they had upgraded my meal, without my permission, from medium drink/fries to large.I didn't realize that at the time I paid.I believe it is the store's responsibility to get the order correct EVERY TIME. Do NOT use somebody who has trouble speaking or hearing the language of its customers.I felt cheated.I will NEVER visit this place again.
Had no problem with the food. Order was correct and staff was pleasant and courteous. But, it just didn't seem comfortable sitting with my jacket on while the employees are back where the cooking area keeps them warm. What was annoying after sitting there for a little while was the background noise. Finally figured it out to be the furnace fan. Some kind of buzzing noise. After a while I just wish it would stop. Annoying. I don't hear this in other fast food restaurants. Did they go cheap on the HVAC unit when remodeling?
Order food, got the wrong food...after this place brunet down and rebuilt it they should have taken time to RETRAIN thier staff. As a forum manager of 2 count that TWO this restaurant and service really sucks! Safe your money find a different BK not the infront of the Streamwood Post Office!
Terrible service! I ordered a whopper jr and it came out big hair, I told the girl that I just came in on shift at 4:30, she has pink hair, she only saw me from a distance, she didn't even get close and she asked me what was happening, I told her what happened and he sees me upset and tells me to throw it away, he didn't even come close to see the burger, much less apologize, what a lack of respect for the customers and their work, very bad.
I do NOT recommend that ANYONE go to this location!!! When the screen for ordering is WRONG then change it!! I wanted the new mushroom Swiss melt meal and the board outside in the drive-thru said $8.99 for that meal. When i brought it to their attention and asked if they would honor that price and the answer was a no, I want to know where their customer service skills are?? When something is wrong, you as the establishment can make it RIGHT!! I am probably not the 1st person to bring this up either.I would have just been HAPPY had they offered me a small fry for the inconvenience. And on top of that, I got NO apology from the lady manager, just a have a good night!! .I am NONE too pleased with this service and I hardly every write a review like this!!
