Jimmy John's - Streamwood

If I could leave negative stars, I would. an order online on 6:55 feet in 7 minutes later to say they have no French brot left and only had cut enough brot to make two of my three sandwiches. the place obviously does not believe that for the next hour they will have commanded others that they are open. the person offered me nothing to say, I'm sorry or I want to come back. that is the second time that I had some problems here a few weeks ago, my same order was wronged and when I called myself, I hardly got a bad one.

Completely unprofessional! Long waits! Disrespectful to the people they sever. The last five times I ordered from the Streamwood,, location. Only one time was my order correct and within a half hour window, for delivery. The other four times, either I had to wait over an hour to be lied to several times when I called them to check in my order and one time I ordered was completely incorrect. So please be careful when you order from this place. They are not a quality establishment!!!!

Very disappointed! I order from this location all the time, it’s very close to home and convenient but I will not be ordering from here any more. The staff is completely rude and unprofessional, they don’t care at all if your order was wrong or not. They don’t do anything to make it right. Very upsetting.

Ordered no onions and they gave me extra onions on my sandwich, I use to be a work at Jimmy Johns and I know how good service and quality food should be. It tasted like 2 day old meat and the bread was super stale. This Jimmy Johns is not it.

The food was ok except they constantly mess up our sandwiches, but that's OK it can be tough to read an order I just placed. The reason for you 1 star is because your delivery driver thinks his a doctor and a law maker all in one. You're a subpar sandwich shop not a doctors office. When I'm in your restaurant for 10 minute's and I order food with no problem til this clown comes in telling me it's a state law I wear my mask. Lmfao news flash a printed piece of paper telling me to wear my mask is NOT a law and I suggest you clowns look the MANDATE up if you're going to try and enforce it.
