Apart from that, I'm happy, otherwise I wouldn't go there.Car Parking is easy, and there is an ATM for those who wish to get cash, plus there is a Sainsbury Filling Station there, at prices that are very competitive to other Service station.
I was disappointed to find that the only hot food available was a reheated toastie or panini, contrary to the extensive menu shown in the pictures around the restaurant. The staff informed me that they had transitioned to a coffee shop concept, meaning the offerings are now limited to items you would typically find at a Starbucks. On the positive side, the place was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. It's just unfortunate that they have downgraded to a coffee shop.
This restaurant is consistently understaffed and often closes earlier than their posted hours. If you’re looking for an evening meal, forget it—you’ll likely be very disappointed. Honestly, it's best to avoid this place altogether; maybe then the higher management will notice the ongoing issues and take action. I'm so frustrated with the situation that my family and I have stopped shopping there entirely. The one star I gave was a mistake that I can't change.
The food is satisfying and straightforward. While it may not be extraordinary, it offers great value for the price.
As always, this stylish restaurant offers a good selection, though not the most extensive menu. There's plenty of parking available, and as far as I can recall, there are no time limits in the lot. I visited on a windy, rainy winter night at 8 PM; the place wasn't very crowded, but the staff were busy. They were friendly and attentive, making an effort to assist us with the little details.
