Need new management and new staff with professional experience, very unprofessional and ghetto

I feel no one here likes their job.... slow service and what seems to be unfriendly staff who won't pay attention to their customers.

I came here last Monday and sat down at 9:50pm the bar tender avoided me for ten minutes till she came over and said they stopped serving alcohol at 10pm I said whatever and left and tonight I thought I would go in and maybe have a drink after a long day of work I got there at 10:30 they had the doors locked and we're kicking ppl out saying they are closing early I like stopping at this hotel and I had 3 really good experiences here and never had a bad meal but the closing early and making up last call times because they didn't feel like working anymore is getting annoying.

I don't even know where to start! If you're looking for a 1 stop shop, Bar Louie is the place! I was so excited to see a bar grill type atmosphere with a live DJ! That right there alone is a 10 for me! DJ played cut after cut. The server was warm and welcoming. We were out of towners, so the server did a great job explaining how everything goes to us. Drinks were served promptly with a smile. The food was delicious and full of flavor. Hands down the best seasoned shrimp and salmon on this side of the Mississippi! When in town, this will be my go-to for when I want to get out and enjoy the nightlife.

This place really needs help, the waiter left us several times and never returned, our drinks and food were poorly made and they were out of several drinks we wanted including beer! The bathroom was the worst I have seen in a very long time. Overall horrible experience.
