Feedback gevenI was in on Saturday October 21, 2023 Staff was rude and extremely slow and disrespectful. The barista that took my order didn’t repeat my order back to me and messed it all up. The acting manager had zero respect for my urgency, voided out my check and charged me twice. I was late for a funeral because of this place! What ever you do, do NOT go to this Starbucks. Experienced the worst service I have ever experienced at a location. So much so that it prompted me to write my first ever review. From the cashier who seemed like he did not want to be bothered taking our order and tossing of our food on the counter, to the barista who would not acknowledge that the sandwich they served us was incorrect and did not make an attempt to correct the wrong. I hope the district manager sees this review and considers retraining their employees in customer service. Absolutely an abhorrent customer experience. Food was great, deduction for one star because prices are higher than other stores. Atmosphere seems pretty typical of all stores, sterile in both health and appeal Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
