Chez Manuel - STRESA

A beautiful little restaurant, which was removed from the main part of the island. Really friendly staff and said he could do anything except pizza gluten for free! I had the choice of fish and fries, and my friend had the lemon chicken. Nice food! Would definitely recommend. Nothing about it being gluten-free on the menu, so definitely talk to someone when you go about being gluten-free. They also had Gf Desserts, but I didn't try them.

Gluten-free cones stored in seperate sealed packages. The staff will let you know which Gelato is gluten-free and has taken precautions to avoid cross-contamination when serving. Ordered a gluten-free cone with mango and lemon, very tasty.

The food was really basic and tasteless. The plates can be compared to school's caffetteria. Please don't don't go there if you want good Italian food.

Gluten free pasta is non-existent in Stresa, however when we stumbled across it at Chez Manuel it was a delight. Very helpful to recommend other Gluten free restaurants across Lake Maggiore.

The service was allright, the personnrl nice. The food (pasta, pizza, cold meet, … was really disappointing, just not good and not worthehile. The terrace was much covert eith absolutely no sight. In conclusion a plaice to absolutely avoid!!!
