However, the location leaves much to be desired as it’s situated within one of the largest shopping centers in the country, surrounded by a wide array of restaurants and fast-food outlets. This abundance of competition makes me question the necessity of Croma in this space, as it seems more suited for a quick meal before catching a movie rather than a destination worth going out of your way for. I was disappointed with my experience, as I had to wait quite a while to get anyone's attention once I arrived. The server did not apologize for the wait and did not come across as very friendly or helpful. Additionally, the menu was quite limited, especially compared to the Croma restaurants, making it feel more like fast food rather than a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, there were no gluten-free options available at this location. Overall, this branch has made me reconsider my opinion of the Croma brand as a whole. It feels like they are compromising their unique selling points, reputation, and the essence of what they stand for in this venue, which is quite disappointing. Consequently, I am compelled to give this location just one star.

I had no idea this place was here, but the service was fast and the pizza was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back!
