Kinda starting to be a regular so when I walked in last night and Damen saw me he was already in the process of making my pasta (hot fried carbonara with spaghetti with a parm stck)

There cook Damon gave me an amazing experience my first time there made sure I understood how to build my own in detail gave me recommendations on what was popular and great hospitality need more people like him out here.
