Feedback gevenThis place is nice and good but the service provided by the people who work there not just waitress but also the chef are very inattentive and distracted on their phone. And the main thing is they have no shame at all I saw the host using her phone while someone was standing for her so they can get seated. She was also eating her food in the front while hosting phenomenal multitasking skills. When the tipping time comes they start giving smiles but other than that they don’t care if you have your order or not have it on time or not. If it’s correct or not because most of the girls there are just keep talking in the back even when they have someone’s ready order in there hands for minutes. I am pretty sure the manager is the same way too.
We were in Pittsburgh overnight to visit the Phipps Conservatory to take in their Summer Flower Show: Monet in Bloom. Randomly looking for a place to grab a bite, found Stack'd online, and decided to check it out. We were not disappointed! Fresh, delicious burgers, made with toppings of our choosing, and friendly service! Would definitely eat here, again.
The service was nice but the food took forever to come out, and when it came out it was cold and my order was wrong.They were nice enough to take it off the bill. But I won't be dinning at this location again.
Ok. I'm not a huge burger guy. I went in just looking for somewhere in this area I was walking around to have a beer. Ordered my beer (they have several on draught, and the usual suspects in bottles). But then I got hungry. So I ordered wings. While waiting for my wings, I actually read the burger menu. It's a series of steps allowing you to truly customize it.My wings arrived very quickly. Bone-in, tossed in General Tso's sauce with ranch on the side. Now, it's important to note that I consider myself to be a wings lover and connoisseur. Flats are my preference. You can order all flats or all drums for $1 more. These wings were seriously better than any I've had before. Perfectly cooked (excellent balance between cooked enough so no pink meat, but not dry).But while eating them, I was now also craving a burger! I rarely order burgers out because I'm very particular. Got mine on a sesame bun, single patty (freshly smashed so not frozen or pre made). Red onion, romaine lettuce, dill pickle, tomato, Mayo, ketchup). Did I mention how fresh the meat tasted? This too blew my socks off.So I now have my favorite eating and drinking spot in Shadyside. I need to also mention the bartender/server Matt was phenomenal. He mentioned that he was in training, but he was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. He'll do great. And you should definitely try this place if you haven't already! 5 stars is not enough!
Safe to walk to at night, great food and atmosphere.
