Boston Market - Strongsville

Ordered for pickup and if we are there, it said they were closed (7.) have called 3 times and have not received any refund

They were very nice. I think them bringing the food to your table and them also bussing the table is a nice touch. But it doesn't make up for how the quality of the food is severely different than what it was years ago. This goes for all locations. It just doesn't taste as good as it used to.

This location needs a revamp. The food was bad, they were out of a bunch of stuff, we waited forever for someone to even come out of the back to help us. We walked in with no one in line and by the time they walked out, there was a long line of people. It was very disappointing, we never had issues like this when the one in Parma was open. We will not be going back.

While I was at the register, another customer inquired about their advertised great online order, but the manager and server informed him that they couldn't find it in their system, so they couldn't fulfill it. This isn’t the Boston Market I remember from years ago. I know it has undergone multiple acquisitions and renovations, but that level of service is unacceptable. During my visit to the North Olmsted location, I couldn't even buy a meal under those conditions. The day before, they had no meat available at all—just one old pot and maybe three outdated options that weren’t fresh. It’s disheartening to see how far this place has fallen. I truly hope they can revitalize the brand and recognize that customer service and quality are far more important than marketing and sales.

Terrible that we were on our way to home only 1 huhn and not the one who was advertised as a new only side mac and cheese. nothing else. the above sign tells them price and what they offer was missing. close their doors already
