Cinnabon - Strongsville

Awful experience! The menu offers a 6-pack of classic buns, but you mentioned they need to be ordered 2 hours in advance, even though there were rolls available in the fall. This information should definitely be posted on your website and also displayed on the sign. Seriously?

I'm not sure what's going on with this place; waiting until eleven on a Saturday seems crazy. I've been here a few times, and the bakery never seems ready. This is the only Cinnabon nearby, and I really hope it doesn't continue to decline. I wish they could improve their service a bit because I'd love to come back.

I didn’t have a bad experience, but the restaurant was unexpectedly closed, and I was really craving their food. Now I guess I have to settle for takeout instead.

Great location with great customer service. You already know how good Cinnabon is, this location always has them fresh and warm, and read to enjoy!
