Hot Chicken Takeover - Strongsville

Not sure if I just went on an off day, but the chicken tenders tasted as if it was sitting around for some time waiting for someone to come along and order it. BUT I must say that their homemade ranch was amazing! Glad I added a few more cups to my order!

The food is so good! Every time we have been the people have been so helpful and personable. Haven't gotten anything I don't like. Wish for there sake they had frontage closer to the road. Delicious as usual!

Bad. Really bad. Like really, really bad. I never write reviews but this was bad enough for me to get on yelp. Food took forever. They have me the wrong food. I have it back. They have me the correct order but it was missing a portion. Went back in for the SECOND time. They knew they screwed up and had the remainder of my order bagged and ready. I walked out and when I was almost to my car they came running out to stop me because they gave me the wrong food...for the second time. I didn't think it was possible to screw up this many times in one visit. To took it off the food sucks! Go to chick-fil-a or city bbq next door.

This is one of my favorite places to get fast food. The chicken is full of flavor, my go to spice level is warm. I got a sandwich, it's good but I don't love the bread. It gets soggy really fast. The Mac and cheese is just ok. Baked beans and slaw are delicious. The banana pudding is amazing, don't forget to order that too!

Great chicken. Got both hot and one right below which liked better. Love the way they derib the chicken breast. Chicken fantastic. Had sides Mac and cheese great maybe a bit salty. Beans were perfect. Great chicken overall
