Greatly improved! I appreciate you opening the dining room and serving fresh fried chicken.

I won't be returning for the chicken or chicken tenders. The texture of the tenders was disappointing. While the outer coating was sufficiently crispy, it wasn't evenly so due to the heavily textured batter, which might be fine for fried chicken pieces but didn't work well here. The meat itself had a coarse texture and there were some unidentifiable, elastic-like tissues mixed in, which was quite off-putting. However, I do plan to come back to try the biscuits.

Bad service, attention and the atmosphere I can order because no body come to take my order.

Well, just read an article on how the fast food industry is hurting because of prices! Prices are OUT OF CONTROL, but what 's worse is the quality!!! My family has never been one to eat a lot of fast food!! But, after what I experienced. At KFC, which used to be the one fast food restaurant, I didn 't mind spending the money because I felt like I was getting a decent meal!! Boy, have you fallen, KFC!!! When i approached the drive-through, I asked, Do you have extra crispy chicken.....yes we do, great! But, we have an 11 minute wait for biscuits, okay, I 'll wait. I asked for mac cheese for my 2 sides, no problem, she said! Pull up to the window, pay, and then pull over and park and bring your food out to you! Okay. 25 minutes later, we received our food and headed home. When we got home, it was very apparent that they had taken original style chicken and tried to refry it to make it crispy......smh!!

Make sure you got what you ordered!!! My daughter’s chicken tenders were not in the bag when we got home. The food we did get was good. So aside from being ripped off and having one very upset child we were completely satisfied…
