Starbucks - Strongsville

Worst starbucks waiting 20 mins for a sand witch and drink they got the order completely wrong and it taste disgusting the staff has no idea what they are doing and they are completely understaffed never coming back to this location it's terrible

I don’t know what’s going on with this Starbucks but they are EXTREMELY slow. Takes a very long time to get your order and most of the time it’s wrong and has to be remade

The restaurant was clearly understaffed, and the employees present seemed overwhelmed by the stress. Instead of relying on the cashier to repeatedly tell customers not to use the trash behind the counter, I recommend implementing a velvet rope to prevent this. I saw the cashier having to ask three different people not to go behind the counter, which was quite amusing.

This is the worst Starbucks in the area. Every week, I make an effort to stop by and pick up a coffee using the app, but I consistently find myself waiting for 15 minutes. There are always several people in line, and while we’re all waiting, the staff seems more focused on laughing and joking with each other. I’ve seen multiple customers leave in frustration because they can’t wait any longer.

I drove 20 minutes to get to Starbucks, and my order wasn't ready in that time. When it finally was, they completely disregarded everything I had requested for my drink. I don't understand why they offer customization if they aren't going to follow it. Was the trip to Starbucks in the morning worth it? Absolutely not. I would have preferred drinking swamp water; it probably would have tasted better.
